NinetyFive Specs of HTC One & HTC First Compared

Within a period of two months, HTC announced its two smartphones; HTC One and HTC First. HTC One is operated with Qualcomm APQ8064T Snapdragon 600 with Quad-core 1.7 GHz Krait and was released immediately before HTC First in February 2013. HTC First has Qualcomm MSM8930 Snapdragon 400 with Dual-core 1.4 GHz Krait and was announced in April 2013 and was released immediately after the release of HTC One in the month of April 2013.

Many of the specs are common but few are better than other smartphone. Below is the comparison of the specs of the two smartphones:

HTC announced its new HTC smartphone, the Best HTCFirst, in April 2013 and immediately announced it in April 2013. This Micro-SIM smartphone, powered by Android v4.1 (Jelly Bean), is equipped with Qualcomm MSM8930 Snapdragon 400 Chipset and Dual-core 1.4 GHz Krait CPU. HTC First

Like many other smartphones, it can be operated upon 2G Network (GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900), 3G Network (HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100 – HSDPA 850 / 1900 / 2100 – for AT&T) and 4G Network (LTE 700 / 1700 / 2100).

-          The Best HTCFirst is available in White, Black, Red, Pale Blue colors.

The New HTC FlagShip with Marvelous Specs

The new HTC FlagShip – HTC One – announced in February 2013 is now available in the market for sale since March 2013. It numerous features are given below:

General

The new HTC One is now available with the HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100 in all the 4G Networks with LTE (Depending upon the market in which the cell phone is being provided for sale) and still with Micro-SIM.

The dimensional measurement of the HTC One are 137.4 x 68.2 x 9.3 mm (5.41 x 2.69 x 0.37 in) with just a 143 g (5.04 oz) weight.

Display

HTC is available with Super LCD3 capacitive touchscreen and yet in 16M colors. Its screen size is 1080 x 1920 pixels, 4.7 inches with ~469 ppi pixel density. Multitouch is also made available and the protection is being provided with Corning Gorilla Glass 2. One more unique feature available in it is HTC Sense UI v5.

Sound

  • The sounding effects are provided in the HTC One with built-in amplifier in stereo speakers which are available with 3.5 mm jack. On this features, you may enjoy beat audio sound enhancements.
  • Normal vibration, MP3 and WAV ringtones are also made available.

  • Strange enough to note that no card slot is there in HTC One but internally 32/64 GB with 2 GB RAM memory is installed in it.

Samsung Galaxy S III VS HTC One X – Uncommon Features?

Both the HTC One X and Samsun I9300 Galaxy S III are the marvels of modern state of the art technology. It is very difficult to differentiate between them to decide which one is better. HTC Announces Program to Update Its Phones to Android 4.0 This Year

This year, HTC will update its number of phones to Android 4.0 this year. List, released by HTC, includes the names of the phones and the time frame during which updates are expected.

Four Sensation handsets and the HTC Vivid have already been updated to Android 4.0.

Phones getting the update include:

  1. EVO 3D & Rezound will get the June-July.
  2. Thunderbolt will be updated by July-August.
  3. Older phones like the Desire S & the Incredible S will get the update by June-July.
  4. Desire HD, launched 2010, will also be updated into the latest version of Android.
  5. All HTC handsets, getting update to Android 4.0, will also be upgraded to Sense 3.6.

HTC Handsets not getting Updates

Following HTC devices would not be updated to ICS:

  1. ChaCha
  2. Salsa
  3. Wildfire S
  4. Explorer
  5. HTC’s tablets, such as:
  • Flyer
  • EVO View 4G
  • Jetstream

But, the devices not getting the HTC will continue to receive updates and support.
