A new app available for the Windows Phone is TouchStudio. Miocrosoft, righly, claims that it is first programmable personal computer features in phone.

I found it to be a best way to get benefits of touchscreen in solving the mathematical problems in a new programming environment and language while remaining in touch with rich sensor data on the mobile phones.
