The European fans of Angry Birds were overjoyed when the doors of the first official Angry Birds store were opened on 11:11 a.m. European time at Helsinki, the home of the Rovio, the Finnish developers of the Game Angry Birds.
The first ever official store of the game which has been downloaded by half a billion till now, was inaugurated near the home of the Rovio which is just 15 minutes distance from Helsinki. Rovio is so excited by the success of the Angry Birds, the official store Angry Birds and the Angry Bird Theme Park that they are anxious to expand to some other nation where the unauthorized amusement park hass been a major attraction.
But, the fans of the Angry Birds fans in Europe are now less angry with the inauguration of World’s first ever official Angry Birds store in Helsinki which is complete with:
- An oversized slingshot
- Shelves of plush pigs, perched much as they are in the Angry Birds game.
Finland was the natural selection of the store, as the Rovio, is located just 15 minute outside of Helsinki and the store was so much welcome that people had camped outside of the store for the days to be the first among the circles of friends and acquaintances to purchase the merchandise related to the Angry Birds.
The next Angry Birds outlet was planned by Rovio to be in China, the fastest-growing downloading market of Angry Birds. The popularity of the game, Angry Birds, has reached to so heights in China that an unauthorized and unofficial amusement park was developed at the Window of the World Theme park in the Chinese City of Changsha which makes the Rovio happy rather angry. Now, the news about the talks of Rovio with Window of the World is in the air to authorize the real life version of the slingshot game.
